How Do I Place An Order?
Find which item you would like and just click on it. If you have questions about customization please message us or click on the chat button. We are always here to help you and make sure you get the very best product.
Payment and Shipping
All payments must be made before we start on an order. If we have to custom make you order or if it is a flag we have a 4-6 weeks turn around. We try our very best to keep you update on your order. Especially if we run into a problem or have a mishap, this does not happen much but it does happen.
***FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS*** Please remember that this is a family owned business, while we do make our order priority. We do have a family to take care of and our family comes first. So if something does happen with our family we will let you know if there's a delay in your order. Also no order is more special than the other, we follow orders as they come in. ****
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
We have several payment options for your convenience, every options are a secured link for payment processing. We are always working on other options for your convenience, so more options are to come.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns as all of our items are custom made for each of our clients. Should an item arrive damaged, the customer must notify TexAna Creations within 3 days of the items arrival and must return the damaged item within 14 days of the item’s arrival. With verification from customer and approval from TexAna Creations, a replacement item may be sent in place. Refunds will vary depending on the situations. No Merchandise can or will be returned without prior authorization from TexAna Creations along with a Return of Material Authorization Paperwork that must accompany the merchandise that is going to be returned.
Privacy Policy
Every item from TexAna Creations is handmade. Every piece of wood we use is unique, it may have variances in grain, thickness, and color. Therefore, all of our items will vary slightly in color and size and possibly have imperfections (which wood normally does have). Pricing may vary due to customizations, wood species, design and size.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
